At KANVAE, every product is made-to-order with attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship. Since each piece is specially prepared after your order is placed, we encourage customers to carefully review this policy before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All KANVAE products are printed and prepared on demand specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
2. Return Window
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
- Different from the size ordered
- Faulty in print or manufacturing
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 5 days of delivery.
To raise a request, please contact us at:
Your request must include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing videos and photos
Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
3. Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified by our team:
- A free replacement will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days
If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
- The wrong item was delivered and replacement is unavailable
- The order is lost during transit
- The order cannot be fulfilled by our team
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please email us at:
Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Phone number and Email id used while placing the order
Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible as all KANVAE products are made-to-order.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor colour variations due to screen/display differences
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Refused deliveries
- Requests raised after the 5-day return window
7. Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Other unavoidable circumstances
KANVAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
